Passatelli
Ingredients: 120 g breadcrumbs
120 g grated Parmesan cheese
3 medium-large egg zest of one lemon
nutmeg soup with meat or vegetables
Passatelli are a type of traditional pasta of Romagna, big worms and rough diameter of about 4 mm and a length of about 4 cm, are prepared with a mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, nutmeg and lemon zest. e poi i formaggi, mescolando bene
e infine ho versato l'impasto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata
Mettete di avere un po' di avanzi di formaggio che girano per casa, e la voglia di preparare qualcosa di veloce ma sfizioso.
Una torta salata con formaggio e noci, per esempio.
J'avais trop de fromages que personne ne mangeait chez moi, j'ai donc décidé d'en faire un cake pour un diner
Facilissimo da fare. Io sono andata ad occhio, basandomi su quello che avevo in casa. Un pugnetto di noci (100 grammi sgusciate circa), e alcuni formaggi più e meno stagionati e saporiti, due uova e due etti di farina autolievitante, un pizzico di noce moscata e del pepe.
Très facile à faire. J'ai utilisé 200 grammes environ de fromage, 2 oeufs, des cerneaux de noix, 200 grammes de farine à levure incorporée, de la noix de muscade et du poivre.
Ho mescolato farina e uova e aggiunto le noci spezzettate Dans un bol j'ai mélangé la farine, les oeufs et les noix

e infine ho versato l'impasto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata
et Ajoutée j'ai les morceaux de fromage
